Fabrics: Our marine canvas fabric is the brand Top Gun. Top Gun is the best marine fabric you can buy. Top Gun is an acrylic-coated texturized woven polyester. Its multi-ply construction accounts for its unmatched wear-ability, toughness, and abrasion resistance. Top Gun has dimensional stability of less than 1% stretch or shrinkage. Top Guns coating will not harden, crack, or peel in the widest range of heat and cold & it sheds water like Down-on-a-duck!

Vinyl Windows. Our vinyl windshields, door windows, and rear windows are made of durable .030 gauge Aqua-View Smoked vinyl allowing for an uninhibited view and total clarity.

Other Raw Materials: Our YKK zippers are manufactured using a state-of-the art injection technique and are attached to the strongest cord and tape made. The YKK zippers offer crosswise strength that's unmatched in the industry. We also use YKK hook and loop, commonly called Velcro. YKK manufactures the highest quality industrial strength hook and loop in the market with a cycle life of over 5,000 peels. Our enclosures are sewn using marine sewing thread made from selected high tenacity, heat resistant, continuous multifilament polyester yarns.
