High Output Performance Stator XR400 XR650. Electrosport (USA) ESG-442 Stator. 100w + 100w + 50W. Fits: XR400R 96-04 and XR650R 00-07. Replaces OE Number(s): 31120-KCY-671

This is a high output aftermarket stator and much more powerful than the stock XR400 XR650 stator. It has three output circuits and is especially good for adding more lighting to your bike but keeping the ignition / starting circuit separate. The stator has one 50W circuit for the ignition and two separate 100W outputs for lighting or battery charging. So you could run one 100w lighting circuit to a high power light and use the other 100w output to charge a battery / run DC outlet charging like a GPS etc or run additional lighting as required (you will need to fit AC regulator to the circuit which are cheap). I am not an electrical expert and if you don't know much about wiring these I recommend you get someone who does.

Description: This stator is designed as a High Power plug-in replacement for the OEM stator in your Honda XR650R / 400R. It comes with leads and rubber grommet attached, and is ready to drop into the side case. This new stator is built with the highest grade lamination materials and the copper windings are triple insulated for maximum reliability. It is a very cost-effective high quality replacement for a failed or damaged OE stator. Output is a total of 250W, split over three lighting outputs. You can use ESG442 to charge the battery in a Dual Sport Kit and have 2x100W lighting outputs available as well. Obviously the ignition source coil output matches the OE stators output, even though the coil configuration is slightly different. We use two ignition poles instead of the stock single pole whenever we can to improve reliability.
