This is a NZ new 1996 Ford Explorer XLT with a 4.0-litre, 6-cylinder engine and an automatic transmission. Excellent vehicle and a multi-purpose SUV. Vehicle has a relatively new WOF along with registration until November next year! The previous owner had the vehicle for 16 years so this vehicle has only had one owner.

The body is relatively straight with the usual marks and scratches from a vehicle of this age. Please see photos for imperfections. Vehicle is fitted with many accessories including a tow bar, roof rails and a rear nudge bar. According to MotorWeb this vehicle has a 2.5-tonne braked towing capacity.

Inside is quite tidy and incldues two keys. Air conditioning doesn't appear to be working properly and seems to be stuck on the front window demister mode.

On a brief test drive the vehicle performed fine and the vehicle felt fine on the road with no abnormal noises. Power delivery was even.
