MG Other Midget - $1NR 1973

1973 MG midget owned for last 18 years. ODO in Miles not KM. Presumably around the clock over the last 42 years.

I had the engine reconditioned to 40 thou over. something like 1340cc - it has a mild cam, just under a cooper, so comfortably drivable. Magnetronic distributor. LCB extractors with exhaust wrap 5-speed - Datsun dog-leg - Rivergate conversion. No mods to driveshaft, mounts etc. easily reversible - all accessories on conversion. comes with original MG 4-speed. Telescopic shocks all around - frontline spridget front conversion. No twist on braking - much better braking and handling. Stainless steel braided brake hoses. Greenstuff brake uprated brake pads. K&N air filter - with 'MIDGET' mounted box. Moto lita Recent respray in original colour. Original 'MIDGET' sill badging and grill badging comes with it. Tourneau cover + hood cover, with bags to hold them. New carpets. Seats need re-upholstering. Bit of rust at bottom of doors, otherwise all rust has been removed with rebuilt sills, new front valance, good second hand front wings, rear bottom bit thingy all rebuilt. Midget + Datsun (for gearbox) Haynes manuals. Good condition - runs very very well. Parts alone worth to put in your midget. A classic classic.
