The Panther Lima was a retro-styled roadster of the 1970s. It used Vauxhall running gear. Production lasted from 1976 through 1982 with 897 cars produced
The original Panther Westwinds Company, as it was then known in 1972 (established in a town about 40 miles south-west of London called Byfleet located next to the famous Brooklands race track), first produced the Panther Lima MkI around 1976. This 1930's styled sports car had a fiberglass body that was built around a steel framework, then attached to a steel chassis. The engine and running gear were supplied by Vauxhall (General Motors).
This car is in a very original condition. No changes were made to the car that could compromise its originality. Form what I know there are only 2 of these cars in New Zealand. Parts aren’t a problem if needed in future and can be ordered online.
This is a rare opportunity for someone to own a fantastic sports car that drives very well. Doesn’t matter how tall you are the leg room is fantastic on both sides of the car.

We are sorry that we have to sell this lovely car and hope to find a good new owner that can look after the car and enjoy it for years to come. No mechanical issues, original paintwork. Underfloor carpets needs replacement though. No Rust no nasty surprises, buy with confidence and own a part of English history. Look at this web site for more info on this car. http://encarsglobe.com/panther-lima.html
