Here’s a great example of New Zealand favourite car. I’m surprisingly tidy for my age other than a small bit of damage to rear bumper and I’ve had some minor repairs along the top of the windscreen, the interior is very good other than the seats could benefit from a shampoo. I drive very nice with good performance from the 1600cc twin cam engine combining with a 5 speed manual gearbox, only problem I have noticed is the clutch has a bit of shudder coming from it on take-off. These cars have a very large boot area for hatchback style of car making this a very versatile vehicle and always sort after.
Please note I don’t have power steering, wasn’t available on this model till 1989, but I do have central locking, factory alloy wheels, tow bar and just had brand new gas struts fitted to rear tailgate.
