This is a 1997 Toyota Rav 4 L, 4WD with a 2.0-litre engine and automatic transmission.

The previous owner informed us she spent over $5,000 overhauling the transmission.

The body is relatively straight with the usual marks and scratches from a vehicle of this age. Fitted with aftermarket Thule roof racks which includes the key. All four tyres are in excellent condition and look relatively new however the spare tyre is worn. Vehicle has rear window tints, weather shields and a front bull bar. Overall it’s a great looking 3-door SWB SUV.

Inside the vehicle is fitted with a stereo that only has limited frequencies. The air conditioning works and is keeping cold. It has driver and passenger air bags. Includes one key.

There is no indication when/if the cam-belt has been replaced.

On a brief test drive the vehicle performed fine, the vehicle felt fine on the road however at times there was a small noise from the brakes. These Rav 4’s are popular for being durable and reliable.
