This is the Mk 4 Golf that ran from 1997 to 2005 & in my opinion is one of the best value cars on the market today. They have become an Icon & is the third biggest selling car in the World with 25,000,000 built by 2007. That speaks volumes about the build quality & reliability & if you have not driven one then I suggest you do. This car has the added bonus of having the larger 2.0L engine which gives it plenty of performance while being frugal on fuel & it is the popular wagon version with a large flat load space.

This is a very clean genuine NZ new example & is a credit to its previous owners, it is presented in as traded original condition there are the usual minor stone chips light scratches some minor paint chips & thats about it. It has a very good service history please see Q&A section below for details the front tyres are approx 40% worn & the rear tyres are near new. The interior is in nice order with little sign of wear & only a couple of minor marks & the usual minor scratches around the window switches etc & the glovebox latch is broken however the glove box works fine with a bit of Kiwi ingenuity & some velcro strip :-). All in all a nice original example throughout.

It is a pleasure to drive the engine transmission & brakes perform well the A/C is good & cold, it sits nicely on the road with no rattles or squeaks everything works as it should there are no known faults.
