Every DVD is cleaned with our VMI 3500 Disc Buffing machine before posting.

POSTAGE:
Postage is a flat fee of $3.00 per DVD sent in an envelope by regular post. This covers postage AND handling (including the disc cleaning service). Unfortunately we are unable to combine postage if you buy more than one DVD. This is simply an issue of not being able to fit multiple DVDs in the envelopes we have already bought.

PAYMENT:
Please note, while we will endeavor to ship items as soon as payment has cleared, we only make one dedicated trip to the post office for Trade Me each week. This is done on Thursdays. This means your payment and address need to be with us by noon on Wednesday so that your purchase can be processed in time. Please consider the fact that a bank transfer payment may not turn up in our account on the same day you send it, or even the next day. We recommend using the Pay Now credit card option and setting up your delivery address to automatically be sent from your my Trade Me page to avoid any delays.
