*Contact and payment is to be made within 3 days of the auction closing unless prior arrangements have been made through contact. *I do realise that unexpected events can delay some people, and I am happy to acknowledge these as long as I am kept up to date and they take no longer than 10 days. *All of my listings are from a smoke-free home. *I take no responsibility for anything sent standard post in either packages or envelopes as there is no way of tracking them if they end up lost or damaged.

• I send most items tracked through NZ Post or through a courier company. *I do not offer refunds on untracked items. Only a half refund will be issued if tracked post was used as we BOTH will be losing items.
• I will not deliver to P O Box Numbers. *Rural Deliveries: There is an extra $2.80 charge to deliver rural items by tracked post; however normal post to rural addresses has no added charges. *I can combine on postage where necessary.
