The Redline provides tremendous tone control starting with three Pre-Shape buttons to initially set your instrument Active shelving control set at 80Hz gives you 12dB of low end adjustment.
Sweepable Midrange control allows precision adjustment of critical frequencies. Active High control with 12dB range, lets you add the perfect edge to your sound. 9-Band Graphic EQ can be used to fine tune and is footswitchable. The Redline amps include a studio compressor with separate Threshold and Ratio controls. From mild compression for sustaining your notes, to radical settings for tight, punchy, slap &pop; this compressor is very smooth. This is a great way to hold down your peaks and get more power out of the amp. With all the possible sources of noise (noisy pickups, lights etc.), a Noise Gate can be a pro bassist's best friend. By setting the Threshold slightly above the noise floor, hum & buzz are history.
