Description
Great Ibanez bass for sale! Plays great, sounds sweet, looks mint.
This from the ergodyne series (not the plastic ones, this one is made of light ash, sounds great, comfortable, light, looks fantastic too)
With the two single coil pickups and great onboard EQ, the excellent tone can be shaped almost any way you want, making for an extremely versatile instrument.
The 5-piece neck is smooth and fast, plays like a dream.
Here’s a review from NZ Musician that I’d encourage you to check out http://www.nzmusician.co.nz/index.php/ps_pagename/articledetail/pi_articleid/1246
I have looked after this bass (it deserves it!), and it’s in good condition. Only issues are aesthetic, seen (if you look carefully!) in photos. There’s a tuner with odd discolouring, and minor buckle rash on back.
Comes with a free SKB hardcase! (Which has a few feet missing, also see pics)
I won’t bore you with all the specs here, the main features are the light ash body, slim 5-piece neck, active EQ and the two fantastic single coil active Duncan/Ibanez pickups.
More details to be found here: http://www.ibanez.com/anniversary/expansion.php?cat_id=384&now=35 So why am I selling? I recently bought an American Fender Jazz, and this will go towards paying for it!
Last seen retailing for around $1500 so with good hardcase and comfortable leather strap as well, this is a steal at only $700!
Pickup from North Hamilton, or central Auckland (work). Otherwise I can ship, ask a question with your location, and I'll find a price.
Happy Bassing
