This is an original limited edition of Pigtronix's famous Mothership Analog Guitar Synthesizer! It's one of the first 30 ever produced, and is hand-painted, signed, and dated by Myrold, the legendary artist behind Z.Vex effects pedals famous hand-painted designs.

Pigtronix Mothership is an analog synthesizer featuring VCO, Sub-Octave and Intelligent Ring Modulator. Fast tracking and real analog tone make this pedal ideal for use with guitar, bass, horns, vocals or any other musical instrument. No special pickup or interface is required!

The key to the Mothership is a note recognition system that achieves instantaneous and accurate pitch to voltage translation. It's a true analog monosynth with a huge array of tuning options between its voices, with 8 octaves!

VCO – The main voice is a VCO (voltage controlled oscillator) that outputs triangle or square waves. An adjustable portamento (glide) effect can produce subtle slides from note to note or multi-octave glissandos. An expression pedal jack for Whammy control provides tunable pitch bending up to one octave using a TRS Expression pedal (not included). That’s right… ANALOG WHAMMY!

Sub-Octave – The octave down is a massive, earthshaking sine wave bass tone locked to the input signal. A dedicated SUB Out jack allows low frequencies to be sent to a separate bass amp or DI.

Intelligent Ring Modulator – Pigtronix pitch-tracking ring modulator follows every note you play, retaining the exact harmonic intervals between its output and the signal it is tracking. A “ring mod source,” switch lets the ring mod follow either the input signal or the VCO signal, providing an immense array of analog textures and interactive harmony.

Pigtronix has built in an easy CV/Gate mod (which involves removing the back and flicking two internal switches) which allows you to use this with other CV-able pedals or synths!

This auction includes the original box, and 2 power adapters (one spare). It is in practically mint condition. Very well cared for and lightly used.
