This is a 1961 JANSEN j2 HARDTAIL (no tremelo unit) guitar....plays well and for its age in great shape...s/plate does have a repair at the lead imput end..(THese guitars often were subject to guys standing on the leads while plugged into the guitar..result usually was to break the s/plate) good repair done on this...everything functioning ok...an earlier VICTOR model bridge is fitted (Jansen used up these bridges on a few of the early J models)...comes with a shaped case which is in prettyy good condition...WLL NOT BE RELISTED OR OFFERED AT A FIXED PRICE!!!
