For sale is a beautiful Chickering Baby Grand Piano. I bought this lovely piano 5 years ago from master piano technician Jochen Gueldner in Dunedin. He has restored the piano to a very high standard, but not the wooden case. I have thought to do it as a project but have only sanded and romoved all previous lacquer and wax in one small part as can be seen in the photos. If you choose not to restore the wood further it still remains lovely and full of character. The piano has a beautiful bright, clear tone and was tuned 8 months ago. I am very sad to see this piano go, but 2 small children and a lack of space in the living area has caused me to rethink and offer this lovely piano for sale.
