The course tutor is Barbara Ann Grant - a voice coach and professionally trained mezzo-soprano who studied in New Zealand and the US. Barbara Ann currently lives and teaches in Nelson, New Zealand where she is a vocal tutor at the Nelson School of Music and on the Contemporary Music Rock and Pop Course at the Nelson Malborough Institute of Technology. She also conducts a secondary school and community choir and has a passionate interest in the transformative power of the human voice,
leading workshops in the corporate and community group sectors using voice as a
