The Slate Pro Audio Fox is a completely different approach to a preamp and a good one at that. It's a stereo preamp with 2 completely different preamps paths for each preamp. Want to record drums and get a super fat Neve '73 pre amp vibe and then record say vocals but want a modern clean pre....well guess what you can do all this on the Fox. The Fox has both a 'Vintage' and a 'Modern' preamp for each preamp path. You then also have the versatility of combining both of these together. Vintage input with modern output or modern input with vintage output.

If you have to only have one preamp to record many different styles then this is it! It has become our new desert island pre.
