RECORD CLEANER 1 LITRE

Real Groovy Collection Protection Record Cleaner has been formulated to be the most effective cleaner for your valuable LPs and 45s. It is a carefully blended mix of distilled water, alcohol and non-ionic surfactants chosen for their wetting ability, cleaning power and - most importantly - rinsability.

Over the past thirty years we have used a range of record cleaners, on hundreds of thousands of LPs. Most were either not particularly effective, or were excessively expensive.

So after a lot of research and extensive testing on different LP formulations from the early 1950s to the present day, on all types of discs from older, rigid LPs, to soft, super-flexible (e.g. dynagroove), and modern 180g and 200g pressings, we have created a formula that works better than anything else we have tried. It will remove almost all foreign matter from the record including grease, dust, sticky gunk, mould and mildew, and it rinses off completely leaving almost no residue or static charge.

Your records will sound noticeably better and your stylus will last longer. Its suitable both for hand-washing records, and for use in wet/vacuum record cleaning machines such as the Nitty Gritty.

For hand washing, simply apply a generous amount of the solution to a velvet or microfibre cloth - it should fully wet the record - and wipe in a circular motion. Rinse with distilled or filtered water, allow to drain, and dry with another microfibre cloth, or a vacuum record cleaner. Replace the record using a NEW inner sleeve.

Real Groovy Collection Protection Record Cleaner can also be used on CDs.
