Brand new 10/100 ethernet network adaptor, USB.

Ethernet is the standard used for nearly all networking(especially with home computers)

'10/100' means it can operate at 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps.

What can you use it for:
Home network = share files etc between your computers,
LAN gaming = connect multiple PCs for multiplayer gaming,
Game 'tunneling' = can use Xbconnect.com to 'tunnel' games from your Xbox through your PCs internet connection=can play online games without using Xbox Live, is free & will work with a modified Xbox(unlike Xbox Live),
etc, etc.

Just plug it into a USB port, and you're ready to go, no need to open up your computer to install it like a network card. Great for laptops.

Is a 10/100 adaptor, which means it can operate at 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps.
BUT I'm pretty sure it is a USB1 device only, which limits the data transfer rate to 12Mbps(1.2MB/s)

Photos show it connected to a Playstation2, as it can also be used with a Playstation2 - for online gaming(connect it to your broadband modem/router) or playing on a LAN, may not work with all online games though.
