1, 45 days return to base warranty against manufacure defects. According to our policy, we may decide to refund or send a replacement or fix up the faulty product. Buyer pay for sending it to us and we will send back at our cost. When refunding, if we are not able to get the success fee back from Trademe(success fees not refundable if sales are over 4 weeks), this amount will be deducted from the refund to the buyer. No shipment fee refundable in any case.
