Trailer Trimaran

A Ray Kendrick designed Scarab16 trimaran. GOP. Launched 2007 and lovingly maintained by owner/builder. Full set of plans come with her. Sad to see her go - but we have bought a bigger boat.

Length 16ft (4.89 meters) Width (folded) 7ft 9 1/2 inches (2.45 meters) Width on water 11ft 3 inches (3.435 meters)

Sails: Main: - last season new - cruising laminate, 11.5 sqm Jib:- last season new - cruising laminate, 4.7 sqm Also an old cut down hobie main sail, and an old hobie jib - still good to go.

Tramps: top quality farari tramps - uv and salt resistant, nice to sit and kneel on (nice to sleep on too :) ).

Auxillary Outboard: 3.3hp 2 stroke mercury 2 years old, and well maintained.

Trailer with current rego and warrent - till February; spare tyre; anchor, chain and rope; all sheets etc; new ss wire stays last year. New tarpaulin cover last season.

This is a great, fun boat, simple and easy to sail. Single handed sailing is simple with everything within arms reach. Cabin is small with a cosy double V bunk. She is an excellent sail boat to learn on, as being a trimaran, she doesn't lean much :) .
