This USB 1.1 to USB 1.1 direct link cable allows you to share files and transfer data easily. The cable is approximately 6 feet long and has over-current protection. Unlike earlier versions of this cable, which had a built-in flash drive containing the driver, the driver is provided on a CD. Before plugging in the cable, insert the CD, and navigate to the ". . .USB1.1" folder on that CD. Run the Setup program, then restart the computer. The PC will be ready for insertion of one of the USB plugs on the cable.
