2.pick up from henderson monday to friday 1pm to 5pm only..(no weekend or public holiday pick up )
3..Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back the faulty item.
4.Goods must be returned in original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories.
5.We will repair the item where possible or send a replacement.
6.Refunds will not be offered if the product is faulty, unless we can't provide a replacement (the same or similar product) within 14 days.
7.Original postage charges are non-refundable.
8.will not do a refund if item damaged by shipping after you sign for it.
