Fabulous in bright Orange.

From my personal collection is this Fab Orange Cloud Glass Bowl only produced by Davidson glass in England between 1933-1935. ( Very Short production)

Orange Cloud Glass is the second rarest colour of cloud glass next to red.

They are even more rare in the Northern Hemisphere... ironically where they were produced as its seems the majority, limited amounts as there was, were sent as exports mainly to New Zealand & Australia

Infact the orange variety was generally 20% and 25% more expensive to produce than the other colours and was hard to produce & prone to faults due to the difficulties incurred during manufacture and many pieces did not pass quality control...therefore not sold.

This beautiful Art Deco bowl is in fantastic condition with no damage to report and would make a great addition for the Depression glass collector or simply someone who enjoys Bright Deco period pieces.

It Measures 132mm (13.2cm)across by 45mm (4.5cm) tall.

GOOGLE Davidson Orange Cloud Glass...It's an interesting read, and pieces generally demand high prices.
