Wonderful sparkle to this quality crystal....Scottish, probably Edinburgh crystal.....no mark can I find.
This is impressive for its weight but delicate style....the pattern dainty. An old and beautifully hand cut and polished crystal bowl. A solid base, slightly domed and star cut, and an unusually deep insized banded pattern circling the girth, with spears towards the petalled rim. The sides are nicely 'barrel' rounded. The photos give a good perspective. It is in superb condition, unblemished, and rings beautifully and deeply when tapped.
