You are bidding on a Alfred Meakin Country Life set of two plates, a cup and saucer.

The scenes on the set include:-

Hunting
Fishing
Shooting

Manufactured after 1945 in Tunstall Staffordshire

The main colour is cream with hand painted design and gold to the outer fluted edge.

Made in England.

Dinner plate diameter = 9 Inches
Side Plate Diameter = 7 Inches
Saucer diameter = 5 1/2 Inches
Cup diameter = 3 1/2 Inches and Height is 3 Inches.

Age ware to the gold gilding - no chips or cracks.
