This is a delightful and hard to find Ornament of the "River Boy" I believe this is an original Trade sample as the date on it is 1961 and this one was not issued untill 1962-1975 the number is HN2128 and the designer was Peggy Davies..
Its in perfect condition and was bought by my mother some years ago for a lot more than the reserve........
