WEDGEWOOD POLAR BEAR. We believe this to be from the early 1950's by the sculptor John Skeaping. A rare and unusual piece.
Mounted on a wooden base (not origonal) it is cream in colour. In lovely condition apart from some light glaze crazing.
Bear itself measures 260mm long x 185mm high x 140mm wide. Base adds another 38mm in height.
