MANUEL TOWERS
"Manuel" can provide an evening's entertainment that could include welcoming your guests with a glass of bubbly, MC-ing the evening, roving amongst the guests, a "stage" show or quiz game for all to enjoy.
MAN in BLACK
While your guests are gathering, ensure their enjoyment (and safety?) with the roving "MiB". Communicating through a "wire" to an imaginary American HQ, "MiB" downloads data on people using what seem to be "high tech, low budget" gadgets to scan people, or the occasional womens handbag, with hilarious results.
THE OLD WAITER
He's old, stooped, and slow ...and mute, just what you would not want in a waiter. But this Old Waiter's roving show is very funny. Includes a bit of close-up magic that will leave your guests awe-struck. "TOW" is a more subtle, low-keyed alternative entertainer to the "Manuel Towers" show.
THE JUGGLING TEAM-BUILDING WORKSHOP
A lively and fun session where I can guarantee that over 90% of participants will overcome their self-imposed limitations in thinking "I can't do that" to learn to juggle with my special "trainee juggling balls". Interactive comedy where participants are entertaining each other.
1920's FLAPPERS & GANGSTERS MURDER MYSTERY
A full evening's interactive entertainment as a theme for that special event, also suitable for team-building. Starting as a wedding reception, the Murder Mystery has a fun "fancy dress" theme and the scope to entertain and involve from 12 to 100+ participants.

I start the show as 'Rick' and change into 'Tricky' by applying makeup and slipping on the costume to keep the little ones, who may be afraid of a clown suddenly appearing, feeling safe. This humorous intro sets the scene for all the kids (young and old) to join in through music, magic, juggling & other clown activity (animal balloons, mime, slapstick) with lots of audience participation along the way ensuring a great time for all.

I arranged for Rick to appear as Manuel for my wifes surprise birthday party at a local restaurant. In planning for this event, Rick was excellent to talk to in terms of understanding what I was wanting, providing his input on what would work best and coordinating with the restaurant on when his performance would commence. Rick's performance was a roaring success. He offered great variety in his act and achieved excellent guest participation. A very successful evening. Many thanks Rick.
We organised Rick to entertain a whole bunch of 5year-olds but the adults just got as much entertainment value out of the hilarious jokes and inventive tricks. I will definetely let him play tricks on my guests again, not only the kiddies who also loved the show by the way. The party wouldn't have been the same without the clown act!

Rick is a true entertaining professional. He knows how to to interact the crowd into his show and ensure everyone enjoys themselves. Alot of variety in his show to keep everyone guessing and entertained. He left us with everyone asking for an encore!!

Rick was fabulous as Tricky the Clown for our afterschool program! Our kids are high energy, but Rick held their attention and connected well with them. Rick was lovely to deal with and I totally recommend him.

Rick, you were the star of our Guy Fawkes Night on the Wellington waterfront; my friends' kids & Jackson LOVED YOU! They're all still talking about it (3wks later) and want to have you again. It was really great for us adults too as you kept the children entertained before the fireworks started... no mean feat when all they wanted to know was when the "crackers in the sky" were going to start. I've seen Rick as the Ancient Waiter and Manuel. The Ancient Waiter has to be seen to be believed! There is something very transfixing about this character. He also does good balloon animals, I kept mine for days afterwards. Rick is a very funny guy in general so I am sure his other characters are just as entertaining.

I’ve seen Rick perform several times. He tailors characters & material to be appropriate to the group. Manuel Towers and Man in Black are funny & skilled at weaving in the client's themes, getting everyone involved. As Tricky, Rick is engaging, introducing Tricky to children in a gentle, magical way, entertaining with jokes, songs & tricks, keeping parents amused too. Swami Salami’s audience suspend disbelief at this hilarious new age wise man.
