Reiki (universal lifeforce energy) is a hands on healing and energy transferral technique that enables true healing and resolution of issues at the deepest level. A properly attuned Reiki Practitioner acts as a conduit or channel for the Reiki energy and transmits it by gentle touch on the fully clothed body, or by placing hands just above the body and working through the aura. The energy is used by the body to enhance physical healing and relaxation and reduce pain, and by the higher self for the highest good in resolving emotional and spiritual issues. Healing is therefore achieved at a deep level and positively affects all aspects of the recipient's life.

Reiki is non invasive, deeply peaceful and completely supportive of the deepest needs of the recipient. Treatments may be received lying down or sitting whichever is most comfortable.

I am a qualified Advanced Level Reiki Practitioner, trained by Reiki Master, Barbara McGregor in 1995, of the Usui Reiki Network Intl, Sydney.

I am also a qualified Personal Trainer and studied Nutrition at Sydney's Nature Care College for over 3 years so I can assist in balancing your lifestyle and changing poor eating habits. (Please note I am not a Dietician)
