Sonya is amazing! As first home buyers we really had no idea how the process worked and what we should be doing. She was helpful in explaining everything we needed to know and answering all of our questions. She negotiated great rates for our mortgage and insurance and put us in touch with a wonderful lawyer. I have used Sonya to organize mortgages for 2 properties I have bought. It was wonderful to deal with such a professional who took all the hard work out of arranging finance. When fixed term mortgages expire I don't have to worry because Sonya sorts it all out for me.
I can highly recommend her to anyone buying property or refinancing.
Sonya took all the hassle out of dealing with multiple banks and got me some great mortgage rates. She'd been recommended by a work colleague in a similar situation to me and when I mentioned her to others in my community it turned out a friend, her sister and mother had also used Sonya's services and vouched for her integrity. Very professional service.

I am hugely appreciative of Sonya’s work securing me an excellent mortgage rate. I have multiple properties so have used my bargaining power to get good rates and have never used a mortgage broker before. But now I will definitely be coming back to Sonya in future. I particularly appreciate that she could have got more money by convincing me to go to another bank, but instead got my existing bank to give me a much better deal and therefore saved me the inconvenience of shifting banks

We heard of Sonya through a friend and thought we would give her a go. We had not heard alot about brokers so were unsure about the whole thing. Sonya is very friendly and easy to deal with. We were very impressed with her and she got us a very good deal with our bank. Thanks Sonya :)

Sonya made my entire first home buying experience amazingly simple and easy. I was blown away at her level of knowledge and the support she gave me as I started the house hunting journey. Looking back on it I really don’t think I could have managed the process without her! Sonya was always willing to meet me when ever I had questions (and there were quite a few) and I definitely will be using her fantastic services again for future home purchases.

We thought brokers were a last resort, but friends told us we might get a better deal and we luckily chanced upon Sonya. Despite a complex situation in just one meeting and a few emails Sonya had our mortgage approved and negotiated us the lowest rate we'd ever heard of in NZ. Her unflappable, hugely efficient and friendly service has led us to instruct her to arrange insurances for us now, and yet again she came up with some great options in no time at all. Sonya is the only broker in town!
I can't believe how quick and easy it has been to deal with Sonya. We had a bit of an issue with a slow banker working at our bank of 10 years and after only a couple of phone calls and emails we had the confidence to authorise Sonya to renegotiate our position with the bank much more favourably and with no pain. Great stuff and would recommend her to anyone in a similar position.
