Kimberli: Cheers for the thumbs up! Yes I am hoping we can go National with this at some stage. There are cheap flights down to Christchurch from Rotorua so you should "grab-a-seat" and come on down here and join one of our classes! You wont regret it! Yes it is fast becoming very popular thanks to Trademe and my super students passing the word around.
gees you sound like the real thing i did take a cheese class a few years ago , and the guy just heated some milk then added abit of lemon , but it was the worse cheese i had ever tasted, Gisborne city could do with your knowledge.

Kimberli: Thanks so much for your lovely message. I am sorry that your cheese making class was such a bad experience! Jump on a cheap flight and come down here to Christchurch for the day and I will change your experience from bad to awesome! It is really fun and once you learn this basic cheese making you can make ANY cheese in your own kitchen. I am hoping to make many NZ's cheese making addicts so I dont feel so much on my own!!

Kimberli: No at this stage I wont be able to come to the North Island but this seems to be so popular I may have to teach people how to teach so that they can take courses up there! Thanks for asking. At this stage I am not teaching Mozarella.
I would love to join one of your courses, but it would need to be a vegetarian cheese... can you accommodate me? Thanks.
