What I do is get you a building consent for your designs.
I am an LBP Designer
Do you want to change a carport into a garage, garage into a sleepout, add an extra bedroom or build a brand new house? I can draw up those plans and get them through council.
My Prices for the most basic building consent plans start at $1500 + gst + printing and disbursments.
I can do pre-lim plans that you can take to builders, engineers, council etc for estimates and planning advice also.
these vary from $500 - $1500 depending.
I can also put you in contact with experienced builders that can take it the rest of the way.

Mark did the drawings for our bungalow extension, which involved pushing out the back by 60m2.
Mark was so good to deal with. Nothing was ever a problem and he is very efficient. Mark's a great communicator and very detail-oriented so we had great faith he would give the council (and us!) what we wanted.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody considering having building work done.
