With our experience and team we keep that nasty dust to a minimum, many clients commenting on how little they were left with. We start at 8 and usually the chimney is gone and the roof rebuilt to match the existing roof by 5.
Next day we rebuild the floor, ceiling and wall. next day our plasterer has the wall near ready for final sand and sealing.

We had Dave's team remove a chimney from our 1930's house in March 2012. The job was performed promptly and professionally. Dave communicated very well with us and ensured that his sub contractors arrived when they were meant to. From start to finish the whole job took 4 and a half days. I would definitely recommend his services.
Dave and his team are fast, professional and courteous. I highly recommend them. They removed our chimney quickly and professionally - getting the whole job (masses of bricks down, gib, scotia, plastering etc) done in a few days. Would use again for renovations and have told all of my friends who are also needing work done. Thanks Dave and team for the great job. Also - no nasty surprises when it came to the bill!! Very reasonable.
We used Dave Moore to assess and amend our residential chimney as we had concerns regarding what would happen in an earthquake. With his engineering background, he really knew his stuff. His quote was by far the most reasonable. Job was done to high standard, on time, on budget. Excellent communication throughout. Will hire again. Thanks Dave - it was nice to meet you.

Very pleased with the job. Dave removed our chimney and fireplace. Quote was extremely competitive and job was done on time. I had been worried about the mess that would be left but he did a great job at cleaning up. Have since used him to do other work and very happy with it all.
