Jared helped us with our kitchen renovations from design to completion. It was great having everything co-ordinated - painter, tiler, electrician and joiner all of whom provided a high quality of work. The project met timelines and came in within budget and quote - no surprises. Jared provided quality assurance and nothing was too much trouble - he often had creative ideas and responded positively to our requests. We are rapt with our new kitchen and high standard of finish.
Jared and his team have just completed a renovation of our kitchen, bathroom, laundry and living room plus a number of little extra jobs. At all times, they were professional, tidy and easy to work with. The high quality of the work has meant an outstanding result and the challenge of living around renovations was made much easier by the helpful and friendly team at CBA.

I would like to put forward my sincere thanks to Jared and Harley for their great work.They re-clad and insulated the southern wall of our house and also did minor repairs to other weatherboards. Their workmanship was excellent. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done in two days. I would highly recommend Jared and his team. Thanks guys I'll call you about that deck eh! Jared and his team did a fantastic job on our deck. He was able to identify exactly what we needed and provide us with a detailed quote which gave us complete confidence in his ability to do the work and do it well. Jared and his team are true professionals. I have dealt with many tradespeople and he is by far the best I have ever come across. I would highly recommend CBA to anyone building or renovating their home.
We were extremely happy with the work provided by Jared and Josh which was a series of small jobs around our house. Communication was great from first contact, provision of quote and carrying out the work. The quality of the work was great and they were both friendly throughout. Prompt, efficient and top-notch service. Jared and his team were committed, professional and very accomodating throughout the project. Many builders I consulted quoted astronomical prices for what I didn't want, Jared listened and did exactly what I asked for at an extremely competitive price. This was my first building project and I took a chance on Clark Building based on these reviews, and I'm glad I did. Highly recommended.
Jared and his team have finished stage two of our house designed by Gerald Parsons ,on time and to specification, fantastic workmanship and always completed when promised.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Clark Building again. They provided a prompt quotation, turned up when they said they would and did a great job. Work was of a high standard, completed on time and within budget and Clark builiding are the tidiest tradesmen I have ever used. Highly recommended.

Jared knocked down a wall, did some strengthing work & got us ready to install a fantastic new kitchen. Everything was professionally done & tidied up at the end of each day. Jared was also a great part time babysitter as he had three part time helpers when school was finished who followed his every move & we understand "Helped Him". We would use Jared again & have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

The service and workmanship we received from CBA was of the highest standard. The plasterer, plumber and joiner that work with Jared are top class tradesmen.Everything was well organised-everyone turned up on the right day at the right time.The end result was fantastic.Jared is reliable, trustworthy and has an excellent eye for detail.His finishing work is top class. As well as being a top quality builder, Jared listened to our ideas and offered sound advice.We highly recommend CBA
Clark Building & Alterations Ltd have completed many building jobs at our property. Jared and his team always come up with the most cost effective plan to complete any work that is to be undertaken. Jared has completed several major retaining walls on a difficult site, as part of our landscaping project. Jared has recently put expert finishing touches to a large renovation of our house. Reliable, trustworthy, excellent workmanship & great communication - says it all - highly recommended.

Jared and his team have done several jobs around my property, i have always found their work to be of the highest standard, Jared is always prompt in arriving, listens to my vague instructions and produces a fantastic result and he always tidies up afterward.
