Amazing! Phoned Tom 2 days ago and he came out with samples that morning. I cleared the garage that night and the carpet was down within 48 hours of my original phone call. I had organised this for my elderly mother so made sure I was there when carpet was laid. I needn't have worried. Toms team was fantastic. Friendly guys who completed the job stress free. They even moved cabinets. My Mum was sooo happy. Hard to find service like this anymore. Thanks Tom and your team for a wonderful job!
Fantastic job in every respect - Tom was professional, friendly,and helpful when quoting. He fit our small job (one room) in quickly which we really appreciated - and the job was executed efficiently and affordably! I'm totally thrilled with the job done today. From start to finish, Tom has been the consummate professional - timely, courteous, and efficient. He kept me informed, gave a good quote, stuck to it and even managed to squeeze me in a couple of days after my enquiry. The lads who completed the job were also extremely well-mannered and efficient. They completed the job to a very high standard and removed all carpet scraps without me asking. I couldn't be happier, thanks guys :)

AMAZING product. Great value.. Fantastic service, Tom was fast to contact me and organised to do the job.. kept me informed all the way and did exactly as he said he would. He even added some doorway edging strips at no cost "as it makes for a nicer finish". Cannot recommend Tom highly enough, look forward to using him when our rentals need carpeting. A1 :O)

We needed our house carpeted. We rang Hockings Flooring. The owner Tom came and gave us a quote - he was prompt reliable and we accepted his quote. His communication was outstanding. Tom was professional and prompt with laying the carpet. Tom followed up with a call to see if every thing was ok with the carpet, we were very impressed with his workmanship, reliability, and no mess. We have already recommended Tom to other friends who also have been impressed with the quality of Tom's work.
Tom rescued me from terribly creaking floor boards! He nailed/screwed them down for us and re stretched the carpet as well. Fabulous job! Thank you so much Tom, now the baby will sleep right through without waking up with creaking floor boards everytime someone walks past. Very professional job done!
I asked Tom to do a job for us, and he referred us on to James from Papakura. James came to repair a patch about 1m x 1m but didn't bring enough carpet to patch it. So he cut a gaping big hole from a closet of which he said he would come back and patch up. 4 weeks later we are still waiting, said he would be here this morning and hasn't arrived, now won't answer my calls. VERY DISAPPOINTING, do NOT use this 'James' guy, Tom I suggest you find a better person to contract out to.
