These shorts were bought as a gift for my husband from the USA as a Xmas present but are much too large. Brand new condition with tags still attached. These are meant to be baggy and knee length. As a rough guide I have measured the waist as 48cm (laying flat) and length of 67 cm. Please see my other listing for a couple of other 3XL shorts
