Answer to WINTIE question
There is usually some reason why the BM isnt working. Assuming they have a cassette type toilet they shouldnt need the double strength product.
Check that they dont have a different product in their top tank, (if they have one), & make sure the wife isnt using bleach or similar to clean the toilet.
Another problem can be if they use the toilet only for urine. If that is the case get them to add a teaspoon of dirt from the garden, (or anywhere else). This is because fresh urine is sterile & lacks any bacteria that the BM needs to work with. A teaspoon of dirt down the bowl & into the bottom tank adds about a billion bacteria. They are not the best bacteria but they work usually just fine. Also, make sure they are adding about 1Lt. of water to the bottom tank. This is very important. Get them to add about 30ml, (half an egg cup full), per day instead of one big dollop & see if that makes any difference. Let me know if this doesn't help.
