If you're after a road bike for spare parts or if you're good at fixing them up then this should be a steal for you!

This road bike hasn't seen a lot of use and has been kept dry and sheltered for much of it's life. Reasonably rust-free I imagine this bike could quickly be fixed up to be used, or salvaged for parts.

It is 58cm or 23 inches.

We're moving city and we have no need to take our newer bikes along with this older one. I'm hoping you'll buy it as it definitely has a lot more potential than the dump.
