Sizing Help: Sizing varies from brand to brand, so we recommend measuring your bare foot to ensure you select the correct size. Simply follow the steps listed below.

1. Place the paper on the hard floor and have the edge up against a wall.
2. Stand up and lean forward, putting your weight onto the foot you are going to measure. Place your bare foot on the paper with the heel against the wall.
3. Hold a pen vertical against your longest toe, mark the paper. Do this for both feet as it is quite common for one foot to be longer than the other.
4. Use a ruler to measure the length from the wall (or the edge of the paper) to the mark of your longest foot.
5. Add 0.5 to 0.8 cm to measurement to allow for growth/space.
