Fabric is black mechanical stretch which is crease resistant. Ribbons are regulation width of 2.5cms of three shades of blue.

This skirt measures Waist 60cms, length 65cms. The waistband is fastened with Velcro with approx. 5cms of adjustability to allow for growth.

Regulation length must be mid-calf.
