A home made beam covered in carpet. Excellent for practicing gymnastics movements as not too far from the ground minimising possible injury. Light enough for one person to lift but sturdy for all gym moves.

My gymnast has had hours of practice on this improving her skills enormously. She has moved on to other sports now so we must say goodbye.
