This auction is for one Brand New, Never been opened BODY DOME, containing the following pictured items:
1 x Body Dome
1 x Pump
1 x Body Dome 10 minute total tone video
1 x Cardio Dome, Improve your endurance video
1 x Ab Dome, Flat, Tight Abs video
1 x Body Dome Exercise Programme
1 x Healthy Eating guide (not pictured)
In the picture you will see a sealed box behind the open Body Dome.This is what you will recieve. I actually purchased two Body Domes thinking that my partner and I would exercise together!! Well that never happens and the box has been in the spare room for 10 months!!
The idea is great for balance and proprioception and you don't need weights as the resistance cords are actually very hard to pull after a couple of sets. I thought I was reasonably fit but I find the endurance video quite challenging. You can work at different levels and there is no stress on the old joints!!
I have the reciept which shows I paid a total of $269.70 for each dome. The postage was $19.95. They were bought on 2/06/04, but not recieved for 6 weeks.
