The machine is in excellent condition and the multi-function computer screen works perfectly with the exception that for some reason it is not showing the Load Tension level correctly. The Load Tension function itself works on the machine and increases the Load Tension correctly as the dial is moved, it is only the display number that stays static so this does not affect the Cross Trainer in any way. It may simply be that when we last reassembled it, we have connected it wrong or it has become disconnected, as this has always worked previously.
