Indoor rowing machine. I have really enjoyed using this machine but have now moved onto outdoor exercise. It is not a big powerful machine like they have in gyms but it is more than adequate for the at home athlete. There is a display monitor which tracks speed, distance and heart rate although I think the batteries are flat.
