The MG-312 is a compact home gym that is both durable and stylish. Easy to use, it is ideal for the whole family, without the need to change cables for different exercises.

The heavy duty oval tube steel frame is finished in dark grey powder coating and the seat and pads are made of high density upholstery.

With a 120lb (54.5kg) plastic weight stack, the MG-312 Gym covers all levels of toning and strength training – there are at least 24 different exercises you can do with this one machine and they all function according to bio-mechanical standards.

Featuring easy lock levers and pin weight adjustment, you’ll switch settings in a snap. PVC coated 7 x 7 cables and pre-lubricated sintered cast bushings ensure the exercise action is smooth and responsive.
