If you want a tracking number, please advise us as soon as you have won our auction We prefer not to sell to Australia, if you are wanting this item shipped to Australia, please ask how much shipping is so we can come to an agreement before bidding on our auctions. We aim to answer all emails and questions within 24hours, and we generally ship off items on the day payment is showing or the next day. We often charge an extra $2 or $3 on postage especially if its breakable, to pay for extra bulk packaging, fuel, time, and trade me fees. If something fragile breaks in the post, we are happy to refund, as long as you have a photo of the damage you can email us.
