FUNCTIONAL: You may use the Smokai Smoke Generator for cold smoking or with hot smoking food. If hot smoking, you’ll need a separate heat source to cook the food – your hooded BBQ is a great option.

ECONOMICAL: Uses course smoking sawdust (de-dusted), woodchip or BBQ wood pellets. Up to 8 Hours smoke time on one load.
