The rod purchased in 1965 rated a No 2 action is in excellent condition, three piece, brass ferruled and comes complete with spare tip section, comes complete with original Edgar Sealey Cloth Bag.
There isn't an AFTMA rating, however, I have used WF/3F to WF/6F without any problems, a good dry fly and nymph rod it lays out a nice soft rolling cast.
The Hardy Viscount reel small arbor, metal and alloy closed face has no fly line but does have dacron backing on spool.
