With this burley dropper, you just attach it to a hand line and send it to the bottom, right where you are fishing.

When the burley dropper hits the ocean floor, it opens (with a self releasing lid mechanism) and all your burley is deposited on the ocean floor, right where your baited hooks will end up.

Then you simply wind up the emptied burley dropper, and you are back into fishing directly amongst your burley.

By using a burley dropper there is nothing hanging over the side of your boat to get tangled up with.
